Energy efficiency and carbon emissions reduction.

The environmental pillar of ESG seeks to minimize the impact of companies’ activities on the planet, combating climate change and preserving natural resources.

Our Green Data Center, a partnership between iT.eam and Everest Digital, is the first in Brazil to operate with 100% renewable energy, as proven by I-REC Certification, and with zero water usage for air conditioning.

Design and built with a focus on sustainability, our Data Center is aligned with the highest standards of international certifications.

LEED Gold

The construction, operation, and maintenance of our Data Center follow the requirements of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

The certification is internationally recognized for encouraging sustainable practices in buildings. The categories include:

With our automation and artificial intelligence (AI) systems, the cooling of the machines is always in its best state.

iT.eam’s Data Center also reports the amount of CO² saved or not released into the atmosphere, demonstrating our commitment to emissions reduction.

Our Data Center has the TIER III certification, which attests to the uninterruption of operations, ensuring efficiency and continuity of services, even during planned maintenance activities.

Academia Gota D’Água

iT.eam recognizes the value of sports in quality of life and is proud to sponsor Academia Gota D’Água in Belo Horizonte, nationally renowned for swimming.

With 40 years of experience teaching swimming to babies, children, young people, and adults, the academy's Gota Team stands out in national and state championships.

The team's athletes, coordinated by coach Rodrigo Belisário, compete in the Mirim and Petiz classes. The team is a five-time champion of the Southeast Mirim and Petiz tournament by the Brazilian Confederation of Aquatic Sports (CBDA).

Praia Clube

iT.eam is also a sponsor of the Praia Clube swimming team in Belo Horizonte, a traditional sports group in the country.

Praia Clube excels nationally in swimming competitions, with outstanding results from its athletes led by renowned coach Adriana Mitidieri, recognized as one of the best in Brazil in the sport.

Supporting grassroots sports development is a way to positively impact communities, promote health, well-being, and a competitive spirit among athletes.

Academia Judocon

Another initiative we support is Academia Judocon, also located in Belo Horizonte, dedicated to practicing judo and transmitting its ethical and moral values.

Founded by Sensei Márcio Silva, Judocon stands out on the podiums of international veteran judo competitions, as well as national and state championships.

The sport promote understanding of valuable lessons and philosophies that extend beyond the tatami, and this is one of the values that drives iT.eam.

ANE Benefit

By getting closer to the daily lives of our employees, we realized the need to assist them in caring for family members with special needs.

With this in mind, we created the ANE Benefit (Attention to Special Needs).

The benefit is available to all employees who have a loved one with conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Down Syndrome, or Autism.

Restoring Lives Project

Many families in northern Minas Gerais are in vulnerable situations. Given this scenario, iT.eam began supporting the Restoring Lives Project.

We make donations of food, clothing, and other essential supplies to improve the quality of life for many people in the region.

In this way, we strive to ensure that these communities are impacted in a lasting way, strengthening our commitment to social development.

It was by dealing daily with the challenges of the cybersecurity world that iT.eam realized what more it could do for the protection of personal data and information privacy.

ISO 27001 and 27701 Certifications

iT.eam was the 1st technology company in Brazil to achieve the ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems) and ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management Systems) certifications.

This achievement demonstrates our commitment to the highest standards of security and privacy, recognized internationally.

Reporting Channel

To maintain and encourage transparency and free expression about corporate practices, iT.eam has created a Whistleblowing Channel.

The channel helps us identify possible misconduct and reinforce our ethical practices.

In addition, we have implemented Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Information Privacy Policies, strengthening our commitment to corporate governance.

SOC-CMM Risk Driven Certification

As proof of our management excellence, iT.eam was the 1st company in the world to achieve the SOC-CMM Risk Driven certification.

The recognition attests to the maturity of our internal processes aimed at risk mitigation and leadership in the adoption of best governance practices, aiming to build the trust and credibility of our clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
