Academia Gota D’Água
iT.eam recognizes the value of sports in quality of life and is proud to sponsor Academia Gota D’Água in Belo Horizonte, nationally renowned for swimming.
With 40 years of experience teaching swimming to babies, children, young people, and adults, the academy's Gota Team stands out in national and state championships.
The team's athletes, coordinated by coach Rodrigo Belisário, compete in the Mirim and Petiz classes. The team is a five-time champion of the Southeast Mirim and Petiz tournament by the Brazilian Confederation of Aquatic Sports (CBDA).
Praia Clube
iT.eam is also a sponsor of the Praia Clube swimming team in Belo Horizonte, a traditional sports group in the country.
Praia Clube excels nationally in swimming competitions, with outstanding results from its athletes led by renowned coach Adriana Mitidieri, recognized as one of the best in Brazil in the sport.

Academia Judocon

Founded by Sensei Márcio Silva, Judocon stands out on the podiums of international veteran judo competitions, as well as national and state championships.
The sport promote understanding of valuable lessons and philosophies that extend beyond the tatami, and this is one of the values that drives iT.eam.
ANE Benefit
By getting closer to the daily lives of our employees, we realized the need to assist them in caring for family members with special needs.
With this in mind, we created the ANE Benefit (Attention to Special Needs).
The benefit is available to all employees who have a loved one with conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Down Syndrome, or Autism.
Restoring Lives Project
Many families in northern Minas Gerais are in vulnerable situations. Given this scenario, iT.eam began supporting the Restoring Lives Project.
We make donations of food, clothing, and other essential supplies to improve the quality of life for many people in the region.
