Environmental actions
Data centers consume a significant portion of global electricity. With sustainability in mind, iT.eam sought out a data center whose practices meet the requirements of LEED Certification from the moment it was built. This international certification focuses on water efficiency, sustainable energy generation and other sustainability aspects.
In addition, the iT.eam data center uses automation and Artificial Intelligence to optimize climate control and security, contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.
In addition to obtaining LEED certification, our data center has TIER III Managed Service Provider (MSP) certification, which attests to uninterrupted operations, combining efficiency and sustainability.
Social development
iT.eam recognizes the value of sports in quality of life. It sponsors activities at two renowned academies in Belo Horizonte: Academia Gota D'água, renowned for its swimming, and Academia Judocon, which promotes ethical and moral values through judo.
In addition, the company offers the ANE Benefit (Attention to Special Needs) for employees with family members who need special care. It also supports the Restoring Lives Project, which helps families in vulnerable situations.
